Chocolate Smoothie that’s so much lower in calories than most.
I love smoothies, but to make them right you need to have a great blender. As you can see in the video Rocco is using a Vitamix. Yes a Vitamix is more experience than one you will find at most local stores, but it’s worth it. It will last for many years to come and the jar won’t break from the ice. I love mine and would never buy any other brand.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp fat-free milk powder
5 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding
12 monk fruit powder
6 1/2 cups ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on low for 30 seconds, then on high for 30 seconds. Add half of ice to blender. Start blending on low, then slowly increase speed. Add remaining ice and blend on low, then slowly increase speed. Serve and enjoy!
