Chocolate Smoothie that’s so much lower in calories than most.

I love smoothies, but to make them right you need to have a great blender. As you can see in the video Rocco is using a Vitamix. Yes a Vitamix is more experience than one you will find at most local stores, but it’s worth it. It will last for many years to come and the jar won’t break from the ice. I love mine and would never buy any other brand.

Vitamix also offers an amazing payment plan. You can see the details at their website.

Enjoy your smoothie.

1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp fat-free milk powder
5 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding
12 monk fruit powder
6 1/2 cups ice

Add all ingredients to blender and blend on low for 30 seconds, then on high for 30 seconds. Add half of ice to blender. Start blending on low, then slowly increase speed. Add remaining ice and blend on low, then slowly increase speed. Serve and enjoy!

I love this song by One Direction, The Story Of My Life

Enjoy the weekend, and the video

This is an outstanding talk by Susan Cain at the TED Talks on introverts. If you, or you know someone who is an introvert you are going to want to listen to this. She talks about how society has turned being an introvert into social disease. She reminds us that the world need introverts for in ones quietness is offend where great ideas are born.

I am a fan of Tony Robbins. I own several of his programs, which I enjoy listening to time and again.

Here is a 23 minute talk he did had TED Talk. I hope you take the time to listen to it, and enjoy it.

I believe this is the most touching tribute to a mom I have seen in a very long time.

Kevin Durait in Tears: Mom is the real MVP

Please remember your mom this Mother’s day weekend. And if you know a mom who is along for whatever reason bring her a flower, or just wish her a Happy Mother’s Day.

Be kind and make a Mom smile.

Thanks for stoping bye.
